Web-Clubs Ltd is an independent company set up in March 2000. Its business is in operating and developing a series of special interest club websites. To date, Web-Clubs Ltd has established six special interest consumer online clubs: Travellers; Gardeners; Homeowners; Motorists; Vino; Quiz; and two general consumer clubs: Club Offer and Net Offers. Web-Clubs Ltd has also developed a Business-to-Business online club; B2B Club, specifically set up for business people, companies and organisations and especially aimed at SMEs.
Business people, companies and organisations are signed up to the B2B Club, free of charge. The B2B Club can provide a meeting place for business people where they can benefit from membership through listing their business details and activity in the ‘Directory’ and will be able to explore business opportunities through ‘Networking’ with other business people and businesses in the B2B Club.

The information we collect and how we use it
The B2B Club is non-paying club. Business details are freely available fro various sources and we have listed businesses, details of type of business, postal address and email addresses of the main contact personnel at the business address in the B2B Club database. Where available we have listed additional information such as the business telephone number and job title. Where applicable we have given each business an identified sector classification.
We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop our site and our service and may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.
We may also use this information to pass on to selected third parties that we feel you might be interested in, so that they can present their information to you but will never pass on your information directly to them. We would take the responsibility to contact you with their message. If you do not wish to receive this information, please e-mail us at email@example.com.
We may wish to provide you with information or special offers or special service or products or important announcements, etc. directly via email, that we think could be relevant and of interest to the particular individual and/or business. We have in place various security procedures to safeguard information on any business or individual in the B2B Club database. All personal details are handled with the utmost security and will never be released to any other organisation.
Updating your details
If any information on the business or individual changes, such as email address, personnel, business address, etc. this information can be updated at firstname.lastname@example.org, or if you wish to remove your personal or business details from our database, please let us know by sending an e-mail to email@example.com or by sending a letter to:

Essentially, by agreeing to allow your information to be listed in the B2B Club database you are granting us permission to contact you about services and offers we think could be relevant and of interest to your business.

Anti Spam Policy
This statement applies to those Web-Clubs websites and services, including that of the B2B Club, that display or link to this notice (“Services”). Web-Clubs prohibits the use of the Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“Spam”). You may not use any Services to send Spam. You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Web-Clubs Services or customers.
In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through the Services may not:

If Web-Clubs believe that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any Service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address. Web-Clubs may immediately terminate any account on any Service which it determines, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, the Services. Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Web-Clubs rights.
Unauthorized use of the Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail, including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
